It all started on my soulmate birthday.

I had gifted her a custom made photo frame which i was designed—something personal, heartfelt, and meaningful. We were sitting at our favorite tea shop, talking about life. She looked at the frame, smiled, and said,
“You should start a business like this.”

That one line stuck with me.

It made me realize how powerful a simple gift can be—and how much joy it brings when it reflects emotion, memory, or personality. That moment over chai became the seed of something bigger.

And that’s how Postfy was born.

From gifting one frame to designing posters that speak your mood, we now create wall art that connects—whether it’s funky, minimal, motivational, retro, or just you. Every design we make is crafted to bring a vibe to your space and a smile to your face.

Welcome to Postfy, your go-to place for customized and designer posters. By using our website, you agree to follow the rules mentioned below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.

1. Using Our Website

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to place an order on Postfy.
Be Respectful: Don’t use the site to do anything illegal, offensive, or harmful.

2. Our Content

Everything you see on Postfy (like designs, text, images) belongs to us.
You can view or print for personal use only. Please don’t copy, sell, or share our content without permission.

3. Custom Poster Orders

Image Guidelines: Send us high-quality images (between 0.1MB and 50MB, with a 1:1.4 aspect ratio).
Permissions: Only upload images you own or have permission to use. We’re not responsible for any copyright issues.

4. Orders and Payment

Processing: Orders start after payment is received. You’ll see an estimated delivery date at checkout.
Payment Options: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and UPI. Pay in full while placing the order.

5. Shipping Information

Where We Ship: We ship across India and to other countries on request.
Delivery Times:
- Express Shipping (Prepaid): 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping (Prepaid): 2–6 business days
- International Shipping (Prepaid): 15–20 business days
Order Processing: It takes up to 2 business days to print your order before it’s shipped.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
Delays: We try our best, but sometimes delays happen. We’ll support you if your order is delayed, lost, or damaged.
Wrong Address: Please double-check your address. We can’t be held responsible for wrong or incomplete addresses.

6. Cancelling Orders

Custom Posters: Can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
Non-Custom Posters: Can be cancelled before they are shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days.
Refunds will be done as per our refund policy.

We are not responsible for any unexpected damages or losses caused by using our site or products, to the extent allowed by law.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time: Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (India): 2 to 7 business days

International Shipping: 15 to 20 business days Please note these times are estimates and may vary due to factors like customs clearance or postal delays.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress online.

Shipping Delays: We strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather or postal service disruptions. For significant delays, contact our customer support team for assistance.

Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address: Ensure you provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Free Express Shipping: Available for "Prepaid" orders with a transit time of 3-4 days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Need to Cancel Your Order?
No problem! Just contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help.
But once the production or packing starts, we may not be able to cancel it.

Non - Customized Orders

You can cancel before we ship the item.
Once shipped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

Customized Orders

You can cancel within 3 hours of placing the order.
After 3 hours, your poster might already be in production — and we can’t cancel it then.
So, please reach out immediately if you change your mind.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchases from Postfy . In case you encounter any issues, our Returns & Refund Policy is as follows:

Returns Eligibility: You may request a return within 24 Hours of receiving the order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer support no(+91 - 9551487457) with your order details and reason for the return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged or defective products.

Refund Process: Approved returns will be refunded in the original payment method used during the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products: Inform us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a return and provide a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or perishable goods, and items not in original condition or missing parts, are non-returnable.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 2 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled. at any circumstances

Complete 360 degree parcel opening video is mandatory for addressing any issues post shipment. Issue should be clearly visible in the video. Tampered or edited video will not be accepted. The issue should be notified to us by email or WhatsApp

Do not accept the parcel if you feel the parcel is torn, broken from outside, opened or the contents are abstracted. In such cases, take a image or video and refuse the parcel to the delivery person.

Parcels mentioned with the above condition if accepted, cannot be claimed for any damages, returns and refunds from postfy

We do not provide refund/exchange for the damaged product, instead a coupon code of similar value of the product(shipping is non refundable) which can be redeemed on your future purchase.
